Get ready for the Farmhouse Sushi Bar at Farmers Fishers Bakers, featuring a menu full of top quality nigiri and sushi rolls with exciting flavor combinations.

Executive Sushi Chef Thomas Park and Head Chef Danny Tsay, both alums of Uchi + Uchiko in Austin, have developed an inventive menu that incorporates non-traditional ingredients like  compressed pineapple and pistachio soil, while maintaining a skillful commitment to the traditional art of sushi.

The exclusive sushi bar seats eight, by reservation only, and offers an optional tasting menu and cocktail pairing experience.

Sushi menu highlights include the signature FFB Tuna, with compressed watermelon, blood oranges, caramel sauce and strawberry coulis, and Danny’s Happy Belly, with honey ginger glazed pork belly, kimchee apples, roasted fennel, and bacon soil.
