Beer + Sushi Pairing Event on March 26
The Craft Brewers Conference is in Washington this year and we’re getting in on the action. Mark your calendar for our Beer + Sushi Pairing event on Tuesday, March 26 from 7-9 pm in the Larder, featuring beer selection from Devils Backbone Brewing Company.
Executive Sushi Chef Thomas Park will create a special menu to pair with six of the Virginia brewery’s craft beers, including: Vienna Lager, Eight Point IPA, Schwartz Bier, Dark Abby, Congo Belgian IPA, and Reilly’s Red. Devils Backbone Brewer & Head Cellarman will be on hand to provide tasting notes and details on the brewing process.
