Farmers Fishers Bakers has launched a new sushi and ceviche menu (as part of our lunch & dinner menu) that is already getting rave reviews from our guests.
Our new Ceviche includes generous selections of what we think are the perfect combinations. The current crowd pleaser is our Mango Coconut Shrimp Ceviche with serrano chilis, green & red onion, old bay, cilantro, and lime. Or go for the Avocado Tuna Poke with red & green onion, cucumber, basil, cilantro, and lime ponzu. For a vegetarian Ceviche option, try our Heart of Palm Coconut Chia with cucumber, avocado, celery, red onion, tomato, serrano chilies, cilantro, and an orange ginger vinaigrette. Other selections include Simply Tuna, which should be called Simply Delicious Tuna with a mix of green onions, capers, cilantro, basil, lemon, maldon sea salt flakes, and cracked black pepper. Or try the Shrimp Ceviche made with spicy sweet & sour tomato, serrano chilies, cilantro, orange ginger vinaigrette, and ponzu. All Farmers Fishers Bakers Ceviche selections are served with a great mix of crispy corn tortillas, fried wontons & grilled ciabatta.
Farmers Fishers Bakers new Sushi & Ceviche menu also includes our all new Farmers Pressed Sushi. Not to be missed, these perfectly layered sushi bites come in a variety of tastes, including Tuna or Salmon with spicy mayo, ginger scallion sauce, hoisin, citrus, and soy and Old Bay Crab with ginger scallion sauce, hoisin, and candied corn.
Of course, we also have a great selection of sushi rolls and nigiri, including the all-time favorite California Roll, our great take on a vegetarian roll, as well as some growing guest favorites: Old Bay Crab, Crunchy Tuna, Spicy Tuna, and Coconut Shrimp.
Our new Sushi & Ceviche is available during lunch & dinner every day. Please note: our lunch & dinner menu begins later on weekends – at 2pm – after our Farmers Market Buffet Brunch.
