The Manager in Training program at Farmers Restaurant Group (the team behind Farmers Fishers Bakers, as well as Founding Farmers and Farmers & Distillers) is an incredible six-month opportunity that puts you on the right track to a management position with our fast-growing organization based in Washington, D.C.  During this program, you will have the chance to dive into the operations from front of house to back office – and all systems in between – being fully immersed in every element of the restaurant while making a competitive salary and working closely with a smart, savvy, and fun group.
