Farmers Restaurant Group has recently paired up with New York City based winery, Brooklyn Oenology to produce the new Barn White. Available at all three restaurants, the new Barn White is easily pairable with a wide variety of dishes that each restaurant has to offer. Beverage director Jon Arroyo has been working closely with Brooklyn Oenology’s Allie Shaper to produce the perfect blend. Made of grapes from New York’s Hudson Valley region, the Barn White is a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 15% dry Reisling, and 15% Vidal Blanc, creating a light and crisp taste.
