Our menu includes a diverse array of scratch-made food inspired by our farmer owners. We offer a wide variety of premium fish that is sustainably wild-caught or sustainably farmed. Or check out our assortment of open range meats for local and regional beef, custom aged for us. Our pork shank is from Leidy’s in Pennsylvania, and all of our chicken is from Bell & Evans and is humanely raised and all-natural. Check out our delicious salads on their own or to accompany your fish or meat. Or our wide range of meatless offerings has many delicious options for our vegetarian and vegan friends. Or grab a burger or a sandwich, a specialty pizza, a few tacos, or one of our jambalayas. Some guests come for our fresh sushi menu, which includes sushi rolls, tasting plates, and nigiri. Others come for our share plates, including spicy steamed shrimp, baby cheeseburgers, and specialty whirley pop kettle corn.
All of our food is perfectly matched to our craft cocktails using our very own spirits, proprietary wines, and scratch-made sodas. These include our popular, signature Fisher’s Tiki drinks, some of which are meant to be shared, piña coladas, daiquiris, or beer cocktails.
