The biggest news, perhaps, is that we now have Uncle Buck’s Beignets at Farmers Fishers Bakers (for breakfast and also for dessert). Buttermilk Biscuits are now also available at all seven of our restaurants — all Founding Farmers and Farmers & Distillers — as well as our famous breakfast Chicken & Waffles.
Great breakfast choices include Egg Benedicts with traditional ham, crab cake, or spinach & tomato, as well as an expansive selection of egg scrambles and hashes. Kids and adults alike love to share our Peanut Butter Banana Toast made with house-ground peanut butter, our marshmallow fluff, shaved chocolate, and honey-roasted peanuts.
Of course, we have a whole host of Things That Get Syrup with 100% Grade A Maple Syrup, which we get thanks to our partnership with Cornell University’s Maple Program in the Adirondacks of upstate New York. So, enjoy real maple syrup atop our Waffles and French Toast (both classic brioche and vanilla cream-filled) with multiple additional toppings, including Maine blueberry compote, strawberries & cream, and bananas foster. Or order our Buttermilk Pancakes, which come simple and delicious, or get a little fancy with chocolate chip, Maine blueberry, and strawberries & cream.
We think our new breakfast menu provides something for everyone, including breakfast cocktails, house-roasted coffee and espresso drinks, and freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice.
