Breakfast lovers, we’ve got the best breakfast menu in town at Farmers Fishers Bakers (and all our restaurants). The best part about it? It’s all scratch-made with love.
Some of our great breakfast options include Egg Benedicts with traditional ham, crab cake, or spinach & tomato, as well as an expansive selection of egg scrambles and hashes including our Southwestern Pan Scramble, Beef Pastrami Poached Egg Hash, and Ham & White Cheddar Pan Scramble. Our Breakfast Street Tacos are filled with delicious, scrambled eggs, applewood smoked bacon, cotija cheese, cilantro, and served with Bucky’s hot sauce (our very own house-made hot sauce is a perfect addition to any breakfast!)
You can’t get any better than our Farmers Breakfast, which you can customize to your liking. Choose two eggs any style, a breakfast meat, a breakfast side, and finish off with one of our scratch-made bread choices, including Multigrain, Ciabatta, Apple Walnut Raisin, English Muffins, Buttermilk Biscuits with house jam, plus our very newest addition: Sourdough! To mix, shape, and bake our house-made breads, we use flour that comes direct from North Dakota on our two farmer-owned 18-wheelers.
Our breakfast bowls are another scratch-made, guest-favorite order. Our Hot-Steel Cut Oatmeal uses oats from Anthem Oats in South Dakota. These oats are sustainably grown on a family farm that has been operating since 1882, using regenerative practices to protect the integrity of their farmland. Our Coconut Chia Bowl and our Greek Yogurt, Berries, & Granola Bowl are the perfect way to start your morning with some delicious fresh fruit.
Of course, we have a whole host of Things That Get Syrup. Our delicious, sweet 100% Grade A Maple Syrup is from our partnership with Cornell University’s Maple Program in the Adirondacks of upstate New York. You can enjoy our real maple syrup atop our Waffles and French Toast (both classic brioche and vanilla cream-filled) with multiple additional toppings, including Maine blueberry compote, strawberries & cream, and bananas foster. Try our syrup on our Buttermilk Pancakes, which come simple and delicious, or get fancy with chocolate chip, Maine blueberry, and strawberries & cream.
Kids and adults alike also love our Peanut Butter Banana Toast made with our house-ground peanut butter using Virginia peanuts from our partners at Belmont, our marshmallow fluff, shaved chocolate, and honey-roasted peanuts.
