Bar & Beverage Director Jon Arroyo has developed visionary and inventive bar offerings that range from ‘Tiki Redux’ to ‘Beer Cocktails,’ ‘Blended Cocktails,’ and a 24-tap selection of craft beers from American and international brewers – it’s a wonderful place to explore wonderful new drinks, expand your palate and experience taste pairings to delight the senses.
For the non-imbibing guest, an extensive list of non-alcoholic beverages inspired by the pharmacy soda fountains of the 1950s includes Manhattan sodas, egg creams, phosphates and sodas with house made fruit syrups and other natural flavors.
