Our bartending and beverage program spotlights high quality spirits, house made syrups, and fresh ingredients in every category that we offer. Bar & Beverage Director Jon Arroyo has developed visionary and inventive bar offerings that range from ‘Tiki Redux’ to ‘Beer Cocktails,’ ‘Blended Cocktails,’ and a *24-tap selection of craft beers from American and international brewers.

We’re proud of our proprietary line of spirits distilled in partnership with Copper Fox Distillery in Sperryville, VA are based on the approach of  FROM FARM TO STILL™ production – our Founding Farmers Rye, the Founding Farmers Rye Spirit, and the new FARM GIN. Between it all, FFB is a wonderful place to explore wonderful new drinks, expand your palate and experience taste pairings to delight the senses.

For the non-imbibing guest, an extensive list of non-alcoholic beverages inspired by the pharmacy soda fountains of the 1950s includes Manhattan sodas, egg creams, phosphates and sodas with house made fruit syrups and other natural flavors.

We are proud to say that our Founding Farmers flagship location opened as Washington DC's first LEED Gold Certified restaurant, and as the first upscale-casual, full-service LEED Gold restaurant in the country. Our restaurants operate as Certified Green Restaurants through the Green Restaurant Association, and annually we offset our greenhouse gas emissions with the purchase of offset credits through Our Montgomery County, Md. location, is 100% wind powered.
