Beverage Director Jon Arroyo has developed visionary and inventive bar offerings that range from Signature Tiki Redux and Beer Cocktails to Blended Cocktails and a 24-tap* selection of craft beers from American and international brewers.

We’re proud of our proprietary line of spirits, distilled in partnership with Copper Fox Distillery in Sperryville, VA and based on production we’ve termed From Farm to Still™. The result is our Founding Farmers Rye Whisky and Founding Farmers Gin. We’ve also created our very own Farm Blend Pisco. And as no proprietary bar & beverage line would be complete without wine, we developed our From Farm to Cork™ category, in collaboration with Brooklyn Oenology, offering Barn White.

For the non-imbibing guest, an extensive list of non-alcoholic beverages are available. Inspired by the pharmacy soda fountains of the 1950s, our offerings include Manhattan soda, egg cream, phosphates, and house-made sodas featuring fresh fruit syrups and other natural flavors.
