The American menu at Farmers Fishers Bakers offers an extensive and diverse selection of regionally inspired dishes for lunch and dinner, and a Farmers Market Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Every menu item is prepared from scratch in-house. We bake our own bread (approximately 118,000 loaves per year), we grind our own beef, we press our own juices, we even churn our own butter. Our purveyors are carefully chosen and measured against our high standards.
Developed by Executive Chef Joe Goetze, our menus are built around different food categories for ‘unstructured’ eating experiences. They are designed for comfortable, eat-what-you-want-at-your-pace dining, where friends are welcome, and group sharing is encouraged.
